- We collect log data primarily to comply with DTI audit requirements. It is also used for fraud prevention and to ensure action and data integrity within our system. This data is retained securely and is not used to personally identify users beyond what is necessary for the stated purposes.
C. Payments and Financial Data
All payments made through our app are securely processed via PayMongo, a trusted third-party payment gateway. We do not store any sensitive financial information such as your bank account details or GCash credentials. In the event of payment issues (e.g., failed transactions, delays, or duplicate charges), users are advised to first contact PayMongo directly for resolution. While we will do our best to assist in coordinating with the payment gateway, Autospire is not liable for any damages or losses arising from payment gateway errors, service interruptions, or processing failures beyond our control.
D. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data under the following circumstances:
- If you won a grand prize we will use your name, photo and video for public announcements in any of our social media platforms and within the Autospire app. This will serve as proof of winning, promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
- With service providers or partners assisting in app operations (e.g. customer support, processing and/or delivery of prizes)
- When required by law or legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, app, or others
E. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Your data is stored securely on our servers and only accessible by authorized personnel.

You may delete all other data through the in-app option if none of the above exceptions apply.
